Webster's has extended the lives of many
of my automobiles... four to be exact. The Jetta (375,000 miles),
the BMW (235,000 miles), the Passat (185,000 miles) and the Mazda
(185,000 miles) are still running fine. Roger and his father
have given me peace of mind and personal attention. Webster's has reasonable rates, coupled
with being accommodating, efficient and skilled - that's extraordinary
value these days! Most businesses strive for this... few attain
it. I don't take my cars anywhere else - even for routine service. I have four cars. I have two kids. I am
single. I have Webster's... it gets done and done right. And,
it's on my time frame, to and fro, always! For over ten years, we have found Webster's
to be synonymous with customer-centered service that is always
reliable and of the highest quality. When I walk in [to Webster's], I feel really
important, like I know I'm one of their "better" customers.
The shop is clean, the employees are friendly, and I think the
Webster family has changed the way people look at car service. We have been using the services of Webster's
for approximately fifteen years... I can't remember a time when
I have had to take a car back after a repair. We were pleasantly surprised to find out
that Webster's could provide all of the scheduled maintenance
service necessary for our new Nissan Quest. We saved a lot of
money and time by not having to bring our van to the dealership. Trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and
very hard working. They offer a free shuttle service, too, which
is great. |
